After years in HR, helping businesses navigate change, build teams, and stay compliant, I suddenly found myself on the other side of the table \u2014 part of a restructure, facing redundancy, and wondering what comes next?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
At first, I did what so many of us do. I applied for new roles, sent CVs, went through interviews, and tried to fit back into the system I\u2019d supported for so long. But I quickly realised how tough the job market can be for experienced professionals, especially once you\u2019re labelled as \u201colder.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That\u2019s when it clicked.
If the doors weren\u2019t opening, maybe it was time to build my own.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I knew there were countless small businesses and start-ups out there trying to juggle growth, people, and compliance without an in-house HR team. I\u2019d seen first-hand how overwhelming it can feel \u2014 managing contracts, policies, payroll, performance, and legal changes, often all at once.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So I decided to create something practical, flexible, and grounded in real experience \u2014 an HR consultancy designed to launch and support businesses safely and sustainably.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
