ABOUT ME

I’m Rhonda Dinzey, the founder of Catapult HR Services – a consultancy designed for businesses that want flexible, expert HR support they can trust.

After years of working with growing teams, I saw how many small companies struggled with HR simply because they didn’t have the right resources in place.  That’s where I come in.

I’m a Prince2 Practitioner, CIPD qualified and an Accredited Mediator and a Partner of Breathe HR, which means I bring both structure and technology to the way HR is delivered.  My goal is to help your business stay compliant and organised – but also build a workplace culture that lifts performance and supports people.
